Emraan Hashmi’s son Ayan , is likely to go for chemotherapy sessions abroad. Ayan had a successful surgery on January 15 and is recovering after a malignant tumour was removed from his kidney. Sources said,“He is likely to be discharged tomorrow. As the surgery was successful, they are likely to go abroad for treatment…for chemotherapy.” Apparently, cricketer Yuvraj Singh, who had earlier been diagnosed with a cancerous tumour in his left lung and underwent chemotherapy in the US, has given reference to the actor for his son’s treatment abroad.

Hashmi‘s uncle, filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt in an interview had said that the actor was shattered“I got a call from Emraan at about 12.30 on Monday. He was speaking some garbled words and it was a call that kind of shattered me as he was inconsolable. He was calling from Hinduja Hospital where his four-year-old son Ayan had been diagnosed with a tumour in his kidney that was found malignant.”
