Her philanthropy efforts have earned her yet another feather in her cap!
Sharon Stone is set to add another award to her mantelpiece in the coming weeks when she will be honoured at the Marrakech International Film Festival in Morocco. The 55-year-old will be feted with a career tribute at the week-long event, which will also honour actress Juliette Binoche with another trophy. Stone has previously received the Stanley Kramer Social Artist Award for her philanthropy efforts in September at the Catalina Film Festival in California, and she was honoured with the Nobel Peace Summit Award from the Dalai Lama in Poland last month, for her help in the fight against HIV and Aids. The Marrakech International Film Festival will be held from Nov 29-Dec 7.
Prior to which the Hollywood actor will visit India for the inauguration of amfAR (The American Foundation for AIDS Reserach) fundraising gala on Nov 17, while Hilary Swank and Kesha will accompany the actor for this cause to India, she will have support from famous Indian actors Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan too.
