The supermodel is set to produce a new docu-series featuring transgender model-actor Carmen Carrera

Tyra Banks’s docu-series titled TransAmerica, the TV series will follow the lives of five transgender women living in Chicago, reported a popular website.

Carrera will serve as a role model to the women as they build their careers, giving viewers an in-depth look at how their sexuality affects their lives.

TransAmerica is a groundbreaking docu-series that will blow the roof off stereotypes and set the record straight as we experience the lives of these fun, stunning women,” said Banks in a statement.
