Clooney reveals being robbed at gun-point in Darfur

George Clooney has revealed that he was once robbed at gunpoint in Western Sudan. During in an interview with Variety magazine, the 52-year-old American actor said that a 10-year-old kid, among others, came over with a Kalashnikov assault rifle to his head and robbed them, Us Weekly reported.

He added that the incident took place when he was working on 2007 documentary in Darfur. On returning from Sudan, Clooney founded Not On Our Watch in 2008 with Matt Damon, Brad Pitt, Don Cheadle, United Artists CEO Jerry Weintraub, and human rights lawyer David Pressman.
