Anubhav Sinha and Soumik Sen’s Gulaab Gang might not hit the theatres this Friday

Madhuri Dixit-Nene and Juhi Chawla’s first film together, Gulaab Gang has hit a roadblock. The much awaited film based on the pink revolution was perfectly timed for a release just a day before Women’s Day. Both the actors ensured that their film’s promotions and promos grabbed eyeballs. However, with Sampat Pal having filed a case against the movie at the Delhi High Court just two days before the movie’s release, looks like the dhak-dhak gal’s fans might just have to wait longer. But Gulaab Gang isn’t the only movie to be embroiled in a controversy just before its release, Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh’s Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Kamal Haasan’s Vishwaroop and Vishwaroopam, Shahrukh Khan’s My Name is Khan, Aamir Khan’s Ghajini and Hrithik Roshan – Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer magnum opus Jodha Akbar too were stuck in some legal and political trouble before they finally hit the theatres.
