Superstar Ajith action packed film Billa 2 will be screened for the Censor board officials and will hit the theatres in June
The prequel to Billa will be showcased to the censor board on June 11, which will then hit the screens on June 22Sources inform, “After the certification process is over, the movie will hit the screens immediately.” The 51st film of Ajith, Billa 2 is a prequel to the 2007 hit film Billa, which too had the same actor in the lead role. The new version is about how an ordinary youngster called David became an internationally dreaded don called Billa.
Beauty queen turned actor Parvathy Omanakuttan and Brazilian model Bruna Abdullah have played the female leads in Billa 2, which has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Chakri Toleti, who helmed Kamal Haasan’s Unnai Pol Oruvan, is the director. Wide Angle Creations and In Entertainment have produced the movie, which will be released all over Tamil Nadu by V Ravichandran of Aascar Films. The Telugu version of the same film will be released in Andhra Pradesh simultaneously. The Telugu film is titled, David Billa: The Beginning.
