Mega star rubbished all the rumours about rift between him and Attarintiki Daredi star
The drama surrounding the Chiranjeevi-Pawan Kalyan saga has been nothing short of a commercial potboiler. The differences between the two brothers has been evident ever since the Gabbar Singh star campaigned for BJP and TDP in Lok Sabha elections this year. While both Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan were considered to be close, the political fight between the brothers seemed to have ruined the relationship.
The Mega star, who celebrated his 59th birthday last Saturday, made it clear that there are no qualms between him and power star. Addressing the media, Chiranjeevi said,” Pawan Kalyan is like my son. We share a very close bond and if people think we have differences, they are mistaken. He chose a different political path to serve people and that is okay. I do not see anything wrong with that.”
Chiranjeevi‘s popularity has sunk low in the past few years, due to his association with Congress and his infamous jumping the queue act in the polling booth. On the other hand, Pawan Kalyan has been the blue eyed boy of Andhra Pradesh in the political season. While Chiranjeevi, who is gearing for a comeback on silver screen, has insisted that all is well between the two brothers, we will have to wait and watch what power star Pawan Kalyan has to say regarding his beloved elder brother Chiru!
