KFPA said Nikitha had created disharmony in the family of actor Darshan, after he was arrested for firing at his wife

‘Challenging Star’ Darshan’s arrest has led to actor Nikitha being banned from Kannada movies by The Kannada Film Producers’ Association (KFPA) for three years for ‘creating disharmony in the family of actor Darshan’. The Saroja actor has done popular Tamil films and her movie Muran is set to hit the screens next week. After an emergency KFPA meeting in Bengaluru on Sunday, the ban was imposed on Nikitha. KFPA office-bearer Rockline Venkatesh said, “We felt that Nikitha was responsible for creating a big storm in Darshan’s family life. Hence we have decided that none of the producers should sign her up for three years.”
