Director quits film blaming Gopichand

Director Boopathy Pandian, who was lying low after the dismal show of his last venture Kadhal Solla Vandhen, was expected to make a comeback with his next film

Boopathy Pandian’s next venture was ideally supposed to star leading Tollywood hero Gopichand and Nayanthara. The Tamil-Telugu bilingual titled Jagan Mohan IPS was launched recently. While everyone seemed to think the project was taking shape, Boopathy Pandian has now announced that he is no more associated with Jagan Mohan IPS.

“I have been asked to make too many changes to the script, to suit the image of Gopichand. So I lost confidence in my script and hence decided to walk out of the film. I will announce my next project soon,” says the director of Malaikottai and Devathaiyai Kanden. Now the producers are in search of a new director who will adhere to all the requirements the star actor Gopichand demands. Any takers?
