Kamal Haasan launches the first look of his magnum opus Viswaroopam
The versatile and legendary actor Kamal Haasan is kicked about his upcoming film Viswaroopam which has been the talk of the town since its inception. The film ran into a series of controversies to walkouts and delays but nothing deterred the talented actor from going ahead with the project.The first look showcases Kamal Haasan in a hooded t-shirt with a backdrop of a concrete jungle. Interestingly it also shows a dove -a symbol of peace in the poster. Viswaroopam is spy thriller written, directed and co-produced by Kamal Haasan and also features him as the main lead.
Kamal Haasan decided to helm Hindi-Tamil bilingual because he doesn’t believe in wasting time. The film originally was to be directed by Selvaraghavan. Kamal Haasan’s younger daughter Akshara Haasan is the assisting her father in direction while Vairamuthu was roped in as the lyricist. Gouthami designed the costumes for the film. The film is slated to release in August this year.
