Karthi set to woo Shriya and Praneetha
The actor will be seen romancing the two hot women in his next
Karthi Sivakumar, Kollywood’s most eligible bachelor (at least for the next few months before he gets officially hitched), is riding on a high – thanks to the success of Siruthai, and the critical appreciation he received for his special appearance in Ko. Now, he is all set with his next project Saguni, another high-octane political drama. The film will see Karthi romancing two hot ladies – Shriya Saran and Praneetha, while Radhika Sarathkumar will also star in a plum role. The film, to be directed by newbie Shankar Dayal, is set against a rural backdrop. Karthi’s debut film Paruthiveeran too had been set in a village, and it had gone on to be a huge hit. We wonder if that magic will rub off on Saguni too.
Meanwhile, we don’t think Karthi’s fan following is going to fall after his wedding to Chennai lass Rajini. After all, look at his brother Suriya. He became a bigger star after he tied the knot with Jyothika. Marriage is not going to make Karthi any less desirable. Right girls?
