Manam leaves Kamal Haasan in tears!

Kamal Haasan was really touched by Manam, reminiscing his bond with the late legend Akkineni Nageshwara Rao

The late ANR’s family film Manam is making waves with its rave reviews and unanimous appreciation from the fans and celebs alike. While on May 22, many bigwigs of Tollywood industry were present to witness the ANR magic for one last in Manam‘s premiere screening in Hyderabad, Kamal Haasan was one of the first Kollywood star to catch Manam in a special screening in Chennai.

The little birdie tells us that the veteran actor was so moved while watching the movie that he couldn’t hold back his tears trickling down his face. The eyes of Uttama Villain actor  Kamal Haasan turned moist when scenes involving the late Nageshwara Rao were played on screen. The actor, who was in praise of the entire star cast of Manam, was apparently walking down the memory lane reminiscing the old days of bonding with the late ANR.

“I am a big fan of Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Manam has boosted my devotion to him further. It is such a beautiful and feel good film. While everyone was laughing, I became emotional remembering my bond with ANR” stated Kamal Haasan who has utmost respect for the late legend.”I am very happy that Akkineni family has made this film as a befitting farewell for the legendary actor. ANR lives on in Manam. As an ANR fan, I thank Akkineni family for making such a wonderful film” added Kamal Haasan lauding the efforts of Akkineni family.

    Kamal sir one of the legendary actor praising ANR the great legend of Indian cinema. Truly this movie is a masterpiece and trendsetter that never ever come again. Nagachaitanya was really lucky to share onscreen with his Grandfather ANR Garu. If this movie remade in bollywood sure shot it makes more than 100 crores. Mn am movies will always reminds as classic film. This movie will be Best film of year 2014. Best director- Vikram. Best actor & actress – Naga Chaitanya and Samantha. Best evergreen performance for year 2014- Legend actor ANRgaru. Best music – Anup Rubens. Best supporting actor & actres – nagarjuna and shreya. Best producer award goes to Akkineni kutumbam for this year 2014. Finally best debut actor King Akhil…..congrats. this film is truly a classic in the history of Indian cinema.
