Rajinikanth’s ‘Kochadaiyaan’ to have Stereo D
The Superstar’s much publicised flick Kochadaiyaan is being made in 3D, using performance capturing technology
The visuals of Kochadaiyaan will be in 3D, while the sound delivery of the Rajinikanth-starrer will be on Stereo D. According to sources, Stereo D is a technology which allows the audiences to hear sound which is almost near to real. “Thrilled and honored to work with the stereoscopic team of Avengers, Thor, Titanic 3d, Avatar to name a few, STEREO D for Kochadaiyaan“, Soundarya R Ashwin, who is directing the film, wrote on her microblogging page.
Besides Rajini, the movie has Deepika Padukone, Sarath Kumar, Jackie Shroff, Shobana, Aadhi, Nasser and Rukmini in lead roles. Music is by AR Rahman, while KS Ravikumar is in charge of story, screenplay and direction-supervision. The film is slated to release post Diwali, this year.
