Singam 2 first look poster: Suriya rocks and roars

The first look poster of the sequel to the blockbuster Singam was released on January 26 amidst much fanfare, and by the looks of it, Suriya seems to be back with a bang

All eyes were on Suriya as the first look posters of Singam 2 were released on January 26, Saturday. The actor, who is playing a police officer, sports a ‘rough and tough’ look in the stills.

“We are happy that the first look posters have made a huge impact. The feedback is overwhelming,” said director Hari, who is on the verge of completing the movie’s shoot.

This is the fourth time Hari and Suriya have come together; their earlier ventures being Aaru, Vel and Singam. “Singam 2 will be spicier and racier than Singam,” the director said.

Anushka Shetty and Hansika Motwani play the leading ladies of Singam 2, while Vivek and Santhanam are there to provide the much needed comic relief in this power packed action movie. The music has been composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
