Tamannaah walks out of a Mahesh Babu film!

Prince Mahesh Babu is on a roll after two back-to-back hits, Sreenu Vytla’s Dookudu and Puri Jagannadh’s The Businessman. But his next is running into trouble as the leading lady conveniently walks out of it

Mahesh Babu’s next project directed by Sukumar has been delayed even before it began. It’s a rare occurrence that an actor would skip a Prince movie in Tollywood, when heroines are queuing up just to find a slot or a short role in the star’s film. Tamannah, who was slated to be Mahesh’s leading lady in Sukumar’s film walked out of the project for reasons best known to the actor, though date issues are also being cited. The movie is set to hit the floors in March. The music for the yet untitled film is being composed by Devi Sri Prasad. But the mystery surrounding the actor’s next heroine still remains.

In the meanwhile, Mahesh is currently working in a project with Victory Venkatesh – Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. It’s a ‘once in a decade’ instance where two Telugu top stars come together in a movie and hence the film is keenly awaited. Mahesh’s continuous success with Dookudu and The Businessman has also set tongues wagging about a possible Bollywood foray for the star actor. On his part, the actor has quelled the rumours saying he is not eyeing a Bollywood film in the near future at least.
