Vijay on Wednesday described his upcoming film Thuppakki as one of the most important and interesting movies of his career
“Director AR Murugadoss has made a stylish, racy entertainer,” the actor said at the audio launch of the film in Chennai. “Murugadoss is a powerhouse of talent. I would like to call him Mani Ratnam junior,” Vijay added, heaping praise on the director. Besides the audio, a trailer of the movie was also launched on the occasion. Shot by ace cinematographer Santosh Sivan, the trailer featured Vijay in a stylish avatar.
Produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu, Thuppakki has music by Harris Jayaraj. Kajal Agarwal is the heroine. The actor, who was present at the audio launch, said she loved working with Vijay and Murugadoss. After much controversies, looks like alls’ looking good for the movie now!
