Vijay’s Thupakki postponed – to release on Diwali

The film has been rescheduled to release this Deepavali on Laxmi Pujan day

In a sudden development, Vijay’s much-awaited Thupakki won’t make it to the theatres this Friday, November 9, as earlier announced. Instead, the movie will release on November 13, Deepavali day. “This is to ensure that Thupakki hits a larger number of screens,” sources said.

They added that 1,500 theatres have already been booked and the distributors are keen to release the film in more screens. So they are taking a few more days to arrange that.

Produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu and directed by AR Murugadoss, Thupakki has Kajal Agarwal as the leading lady. Harris Jayaraj has composed the music.

    it is a most expecting movie for all vijay fans i am also expecting.i think this movie will be another milestone for vijay.
