Vikram is a rare artiste, says ‘Thaandavam’ director
One of the best kept secrets of Kollywood in the recent times is out. Director Vijay has at last confirmed that Vikram and Jagapathi Babu are playing police officers in his forthcoming film Thaandavam
Earlier it was rumoured that Vikram would be playing a criminal with memory loss in the film and Jagapathi Babu will be donning the character of the police officer who’s on his trail. But only recently, Vijay clarified that both actors are wearing the khaki in the film and that it will be a high voltage action packed flick. Anushka Shetty and Amy Jackson are playing the female lead in the film produced by UTV Motion Pictures. “The shooting schedule in Chennai is almost over and our next destination is the US,” the director said.
Vijay is joining hands with Vikram in Thaandavam after delivering a super the hit Deiva Thirumagal with him. “He is a dedicated actor and it is rare to find an artiste like him. We may do another movie together after Thaandavam,” Vijay added. Vikram has this way of wowing his directors, we must say!
