Baahubali and its ace director SS Rajamouli are set to be featured in a documentary on 100 years of Indian Cinema
Baahubali is undoubtedly the most awaited release of Tollywood in 2014. The film is said to be shot on a monumental budget and it is considered to be SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus. Baahubali was recently buzzing as the shoulder surgery of hero Prabhas came to light. So why is the Baahubali team all smiles?
Ace Telugu filmmaker SS Rajamouli has been featured in an upcoming documentary on 100 years of Indian cinema along with some cast and crew of his upcoming directorial Baahubali.
“Glad to interact with Sanjeev Bhaskar of the BBC’s The Kumars at No. 42 and Goodness Gracious Me fame. He is shooting a documentary on the 100 years of Indian Cinema. They have interviewed many members of our Baahubali cast and crew,” Rajamouli posted on his Facebook page Thursday.
Sanjeev Bhaskar had also interacted with several stalwarts of Telugu filmdom during his recent visit to Hyderabad.
“Baahubali”, which is currently on floors, is scheduled to release in 2015. It’s a period-drama featuring an ensemble cast of Prabhas Varma, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Kiccha Sudeep, Nasser and Prakash Raj in important roles.
