The quintessential item girl aka Jalebi bai takes Rs 75 lakh from the Aazaan actor and ignores his pleas to return the money. But she has a different story to tell…
We are tired of publishing negative stories about Mallika Sherawat, but the Hisss actor seems unwilling to stop scaling the heights of histrionics and unprofessional behaviour. And the latest to bear the brunt of Mallika’s erratic mood swings is Sachiin Joshi. The Aazaan actor, we hear, wanted to make a film with Mallika. The film was titled Mumbai Mirror and the leggy lass had agreed to be part of the venture. She signed on the dotted line and had even taken Rs 75 lakh as a signing amount. Click here to read more
The director of Hisss has passed the blame of her film’s debacle on to her leading lady, who herself has moved on to happier things
Directed by Jennifer Lynch, the Mallika Sherawat-Irrfan-starrer Hisss sank without a trace back in 2010. Mallika’s next film Kismat Love Paisa Dilli is being billed as her return to Bollywood, but we wonder how true that is
Mallika Sherawat is one of the first Bollywood starlets to actually aspire to be a Hollywood star. She even got a few blink-and-miss appearances, enough to inspire other starlets to try their luck in the US. She was even the first Bollywood celeb to join Twitter. But The Myth, Hisss and Politics of Love later, she is finally returning to Bollywood. Reports doing the rounds claim that Mallika is making her comeback with a lead role in Kismat Love Paisa Dilli (earlier titled Gyarah Chalis Ki Last Local). She will play a Haryanvi girl onscreen for the first time opposite Vivek Oberoi. She had apparently been offered Jism 2 and a small role in a Yash Raj Films project, but rejected both and chose KLPD for her comeback, as she doesn’t want to do just multi-starrers and item songs any more. What we don’t understand is how this one can be her comeback. Click here to read more
And if we go by what Shekhar Kapur says, the next Spider-Man could well be Asian

Sadly, the film was a clunker—American critic Roger Ebert started his review with the line, ‘Immortals is without doubt the best-looking awful movie you will ever see.’ But it underlined an important fact: Indians are finally arriving in Hollywood.
