Her only other release is the action film Tezz, which is more about Ajay Devgn and Anil Kapoor’s characters than hers. “When they called me and made me read the script, I read the role and was blown off. I want to play it right and it is all the hard work and effort that is paying off. Amitabh Bachchan, the original Vijay Dinanath Chauhan, will be called for a special preview of Agneepath
If Hrithik Roshan is eagerly awaiting the release of Agneepath, he is equally keen to show the film to the original Vijay Dinanath Chauhan, Amitabh Bachchan. “I think once the film is ready for previews, he will be the first person we will call,” said Hrithik who reprises Amitabh’s role in the Agneepath remake. The original, directed by Mukul Anand, came in 1990 and Big B had won a National Film Award for his performance in the movie. While the original Agneepath was produced by Yash Johar, the remake is being financed by the late filmmaker’s son, Karan Johar. Piggy Chops, who will be seen playing the female lead opposite Hrithik Roshan in Agneepath, asserts that her character is the soul of the movie. “The best thing about Kaali (her character in the film) is that she is Vijay’s strength. She is the soul, happiness and naughtiness in the film. So to prepare, I had to just follow Karan,” the 29-year-old actor said at the unveiling of the second look of the film.
