Actor Vivek Oberoi has now started to win the hearts as the producer
Every actor in Bollywood now wants to turn producer. We have actors who are well established as heroes in the industry and even then turn to production. Ranging from Amitabh Bachchan (AB Corp), Aamir Khan (Aamir Khan Productions), Shahrukh Khan (Red Chillies Entertainment and Dreamz Unlimited), Saif Ali Khan (Illuminati Films) and the latest in this business, Akshay Kumar (Hari Om Productions). Now one more name can be added to this list – Vivek Oberoi. The actor quietly produced a short film named Watch Indian Circus that was selected to be screened at the 16th Busan International Film Festival in Korea. Mahesh Babu to make Bollywood debut
The Dookudu star is all set to star in a Hindi thriller by Kuki Gulati
Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu, who just delivered a superhit in Dookudu, will be seen in a Bollywood film in 2012. Director Kuki Gulati of Prince fame has roped in the south Indian superstar for a thriller, reports a Mumbai tabloid. Incidentally, the title of Gulati’s directorial debut starring Vivek Oberoi is also Mahesh Babu’s nickname in the southern industry. The actor features in the song Golmaal hai along with leading Marathi stars including Bharat Jadhav and Kranti Redkar
Vivek Oberoi has done a cameo in a forthcoming Marathi film titled Teecha Baap Tyacha Baap. This is the first time that the actor is featuring in a Marathi movie. He will be seen in one of the principal songs titled Golmaal hai along with the main star cast which includes Bharat Jadhav, Kranti Redkar, Santosh Jhuvekar, Guru Thakur, Purva Pawar, Bhushan Kadu and Bhargavi Chirmule. Composed by the music director duo Ajit-Sameer, Golmaal hai has been sung by acclaimed vocalist and composer Avdhoot Gupte. Vivek shot till the wee hours for this song.
