The Mehrunissa director is a total believer in the goodness of Hot Yoga

Filmmaker Sudhir Mishra is currently on an all-time high. Ever since the 53-year old filmmaker discovered Hot Yoga he has begun to feel the change, espeically in his grey hair, which has begun to turn black again. “I wouldn’t have noticed it if my friends hadn’t pointed it out. My hair has gone white for years. But now I see it’s going back to being black. Initially, I didn’t believe it. But yes, slowly my hair’s greying process is being reversed,” said Mishra known for directing films like Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi and Yeh Saali Zindagi. Click here to read more
