As the ‘Circuit’ of Bollywood turns 44 today, we take a cursory look at the actor’s long journey in the industry. And honestly we think he deserves much more than a handful of supporting roles and regular sidekick characters

Arshad Warsi was born on April 19, 1968. He started his career in B-town with the ABCL production, Tere Mere Sapne (1996) and since then hasn’t looked back. After some solo hero and many ensemble cast films, Arshad was still not getting the kind of success he deserved. Turning judge for a dance reality show or even hosting the first Bigg Boss season on television didn’t do much to give the much needed impetus to his flagging career either. However, his comic acts in Golmaal and his multiple award-winning role of Circuit in the Munna Bhai series have been the saving grace of his Bollywood career till now.  Click here to read more
