‘Mausam’ is not a story about rebirth

Pankaj Kapoor recently refuted rumours that his directorial debut Mausam is a story about rebirth. He clarified in a press conference that the movie is a simple love story between Shahid and Sonam who get separated due to certain difficult circumstances but reunite later. Kapoor also made clear that he has not composed the music for the film. Mausam is slated to release on September 16. The tagline of the movie says ‘Mausam is a love story beyond romance’, now we really hope that this love story doesn’t turn out to be another cliché. We wait and watch!

At work he has reportedly-ex-girlfriend-but-still-friend and costar Priyanka Chopra who has signed a contract for her first pop album, and on the other is his dad, Pankaj Kapur, who is directing his first film with his beta and Sonam Kapoor.
