Politicians condoled the untimely death of actor-director Jaspal Bhatti

As a class, politicians may have been at the receiving end of humourist-actor Jaspal Bhatti but they were united in offering tributes to him following his death in a car accident early Thursday. Expressing grief, Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh said that his work “using cinema and television to hold up a mirror to the society will be long remembered.
