The Dadasaheb Phalke Academy Awards will be bestowed on singer Asha Bhosle, actor Mala Sinha, late filmmaker Yash Chopra, and late superstar Rajesh Khanna among several others at a ceremony in Mumbai on April 30
Asha, who has regaled music lovers with her melodious voice in her over six decades old career, will receive the Phalke Ratna Award from the academy, while Mala Sinha, who has acted in Pyaasa, Maryada and Hariyali Aur Rasta will get the Golden Era Award. Click here to read more
