President Pratibha Patil honours filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar
Director Madhur Bhandarkar was presented with the Ganga Sharan Singh Award by Dr Pratibha Patil on June 20. Girish Karnad and Shyam Benegal were also conferred with the award for their contribution to Indian cinema
