Jayasuriya to reprise Prem Nazir in ‘Alibaabayum 41 Kallanmaranum’ remake

There is something enigmatic about retro films that they keep tempting new age film makers to attempt remakes. Director Vinayan now plans to make a 3D film of Mollywood classic Alibaabayum 41 Kallanmaranum

After the successful reprisals of films such as Neelathamara and Rathinirvedam, more filmmakers are trying to venture down the remake path. The latest is that Vinayan, who is currently busy with the filming process of Dracula (3D), is now planning a 3D rendition of Mollywood classic film, Alibaabayum 41 Kallanmaranum. Shweta Menon to tie the knot

She will get married at her ancestral home on June 18

It’s official. Shweta Menon is getting married. The sultry seductress of Malayalam cinema will tie the knot with Mumbai-based media personality Sreevalsan Menon on June 18. The wedding ceremony will take place at her ancestral home in Valanchery, Kerala and only close family will be invited. Shweta Menon’s erotic film postponed

Post-production work has delayed the release of Rathinirvedam

Fans eagerly awaiting the release of Rathinirvedam, will have to wait a bit longer for the erotic movie to hit the screens. Certain hurdles in post-production have delayed the film’s release by 10 days. The film will now release only on June 10. Click here to read more
