British television producer Charlie Parsons created the Survivor series in the 90s and as the show gained immense popularity in America, the concept gradually got adapted by several countries. It has turned out to be quite a hit with the audiences. Cashing in on the worldwide success of the show, India is the latest to have bought the rights to this format.
