Will ‘That Girl in Yellow Boots’ find an audience?
Anurag Kashyap’s latest venture as a director, That Girl In Yellow Boots, is winning rave reviews across the board, but the question is, will it manage to find its audience with Salman Khan’s Bodyguard as competition? Apparently Kashyap is not at all worried about the fate of his film. In a recent interview he said, “3 Idiots is the biggest hit of our country and out of the one billion population, roughly 2.5 million people saw it in the theatre, why did the rest not go and see it? I think have an audience, not in large numbers, but they are just enough to ensure that the producer doesn’t make a loss.” Wethinks Kashyap is on the right track and will make Indian cinema proud.
