Kumar Mangat, producer of unusual films like Pyaar Ka Punchnama and Bittoo Boss is gearing up for his next venture based on alleged serial killer Charles Sobhraj’s life. The film, which will be a mega-budget adventure thriller, has been costed at around Rs 40 crore. This is the same flick that Prawaal Raman was to direct with Sanjay Dutt in the lead a few years back.
