A lot of hype and hoopla unfolds every time a Bollywood star enters the domains of the international wax museum called Madame Tussaud’s. Kareena Kapoor skips ‘RA.One’ premiere for Madame Tussauds, not Aamir Khan!
Recently a report came out that Kareena Kapoor gave preference to Aamir Khan over Shahrukh Khan. Apparently the leading lady was supposed to miss out the Toronto premiere of her superhero film with SRK, to prepare for some underwater sequences for Reema Kagti’s Dhuan. But the truth is that RA.One’s Toronto premiere (October 26) is just a day before she unveils her wax statue at Madame Tussauds in Blackpool, UK (October 27). Even if she wants to attend the big night of her film, she can’t coz the unveiling has been already delayed. Due to the demise of Saif Ali Khan’s father, Kareena had requested the people at the international wax museum to postpone the unveiling date. But now she says no more. Though Kareena will attend the other premieres which will be held at Dubai and London.

Kareena Kapoor’s wax statue to be unveiled at Madame Tussauds Blackpool
RA.One actor Kareena Kapoor’s wax statue will be unveiled at the Madame Tussauds Blackpool museum on October 27. Kareena will also inaugurate a global exhibition which will take the wax statues of Bollywood stars to six major cities around the world. Kareena’s wax statue was about to be revealed in the second week of October. But due to the demise of Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi, father of Kareena’s beau Saif Ali Khan, the schedule had to be postponed. Bebo cancelled all her appointments during the time and requested the museum authorities to wait for a few days due to the tragedy. The actor’s wax avatar will now be uncovered after the release of her film RA.One. However, Kareena’s man Saif and her sis’ Karisma are busy shooting their upcoming films, Agent Vinod and Dangerous Ishq respectively, and so won’t be able to attend the function. But Bebo’s mom Babita will accompany her at the event. Other Bollywood stars who have been waxed at Madame Tussauds include Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai.
