STORY Rahul Kapoor (Imran Khan), 26, is on his way to become a carbon copy of his parents when he suddenly loses his job as an architect in Vegas. Afraid that he has let his parents down, Rahul decides to hide the truth and find another job. When by a twist of fate, he meets Raina Braganza (Kareena Kapoor), a quick-witted hairstylist, who is everything he isn’t. A series of events lead them to meet on Christmas Eve over a few drinks… but like always, it’s never a ‘few’. Following this night of debauchery, they wake up to discover that they’ve gotten married. Now, Rahul has more than just his job loss to hide from his parents. Rahul and Raina both decide to get the marriage annulled as soon as possible and get an appointment from the court for 10 days later. So over these 10 days, they have their share of arguments, moments and laughs that result in an unlikely friendship. Will it turn in love? Pakistan goes to ‘Waar’

Lollywood’s most expensive and slick film is all set to release on Valentine’s Day, and it’s not about love

That the Pakistani film industry is in seemingly irreversible decline is a well-known fact by now, dominated as it is by our Bollywood offerings. However, every once in a while, our neighbours pull off a stunning cinematic coup. For example, Shoaib Mansoor’s sensitive take on Islam in the modern age, Khuda Kay Liye, was a massive success on both sides of the border. And now, come Valentine’s Day, Warner Bros will release Bilal Lashari’s film on counter-terrorism, Waar. Alas, only in Pakistan for now with maybe a few other international playdates. At $8 million (that’s Rs 42 crore to you and me), the film is easily Pakistan’s biggest film of all time. And it stars Shaan, who Indian audiences will remember from Khuda Kay Liye and is Pakistan’s Shahrukh, Salman and Aamir all rolled into one. Rohit Khurana: Ajith has no starry tantrums

Rohit Khurana, a popular face in daily soaps talks about his south venture, Billa 2 with superstar Ajith, his television comeback and playing negative characters

“I have never played a negative character on TV. It’s more like grey shades,” says Rohit Khurana aka Vansh from Uttaran. After being killed off in the Colors’ popular show, the actor makes a comeback as Tiger (a lookalike of Vansh) on the same show. Then why kill him in the first place? “Probably the makers wanted to bring a high point in the drama. But I’m glad they realised it’s a blunder. Now my character is much stronger.
