Veena Malik lands into yet another controversy. This time it is with a Muslim body in India. The All India Muslim Tyohar (festival) Committee in Bhopal has issued a fatwa against Ms malik for going against the rules of ‘Nikaah’ and being a part of ‘Swayamvar’. “Islam has a certain procedure for a Nikaah. We do not have Swayamvar,” said Ausaf Shahmiri Khurram, chairman of the Majlis-e-Shura. He also hinted at Veena’s nude photographs on the Internet that have outraged the community. According to the Fatwa, Veena will be socially boycotted. What will be Veena Malik’s answer to this controversy? It is time to wait and watch.
