The Babuji… babe celebrates her 32nd birthday today

Born as Jana Synková on April 23, 1979 in Brno (Czech Republic), actor Yana Gupta shimmied her way into the hearts of millions of Indians when she arrived sitting on a buffalo in the item song Babuji jara dheere chalo in 2002 from the film Dum. Yana started modelling in the mid-90s and became the face of international brands like Calvin Klein, Victoria’s Secret, Nivea, Honda and Sony. After graduating in Park Architecture and Gardening, Yana left for Japan, where she modelled for some years. Her drop-dead gorgeous looks and spirited persona brought her to India. She fell in love with Pune-based artist Satyakam Gupta and married him in 2001. Click here to read more
