Hema Malini is chief guest at 10th Annual Bollywood Festival in Norway
She will also perform with her daughters at a special concert
Veteran actor Hema Malini will visit Norway for the first time next month, and that too as the guest of honour at the Bollywood Festival. She will also perform with her daughters Esha and Ahana at a concert in Oslo, to mark the festival’s tenth anniversary. Dharmendra and Hema Malini’s elder daughter Esha Deol Sunday got engaged to businessman Bharat Takhtani, whom the Dream Girl describes as a “good-looking” guy. “The wedding dates have not been decided yet. However, post Tell Me O Kkhuda, we had decided that Esha would get settled. We will make an official announcement once we decide the marriage dates,” she told reporters and added: “My son-in-law is very good-looking.”The ceremony, which took place at Hema’s bungalow in Juhu, was a private affair and was attended by close family members and some friends. Initially, Hema Malini’s younger daughter Ahana Deol wanted to be behind the camera (as a director) and not in front of it (as an actor). But, it looks like the pretty girl couldn’t resist the umpteen film offers that came her way and reconsidered her role in Bollywood. Since then there have been several stories surrounding her debut film. First we heard that Vikramaditya Motwane was going to cast her and then came the news that papa Dharmendra was going to break tradition and launch his dear daughter’s film career. But that too seemed to be just rumours. According to latest buzz Yahaan director Shoojit Sircar has cast Ahana opposite Prateik in a romantic tale. We wonder if it is the same film that was earlier going to launch VJ Ayushman Khurana and a new girl. Anyway, we hope that this piece of news doesn’t turn out to be just another rumour.
