Underworld don Chhota Shakeel allegedly threatened Bollywood singer Sonu Nigam through his aide. Sonu tweeted that he did not complain to the police, but that they found out through their intelligence.

Veena Malik’s film producer Prakash Chandnani arrested for cricket betting
Prakash Chandnani, who co-produced Gali Gali Chor Hai that starred Pakistani actor Veena Malik as an item girl in the song Channo, was arrested at the Ahmedabad international airport while he was in the immigration cell. Newspaper reports state that the producer’s name was put on the lookout circular (LOC) by the crime branch in May 2012 along with cricket bookie Sunil Abhay Chandnani. Apparently, the film producer handles underworld don Chhota Shakeel’s betting syndicate operations. He chose to land in Ahmedabad to evade arrest, it says, but he did not know that an LOC had been issued in his name. Chandnani will be produced in court under the Gambling Act.
