The 81-year-old succumbed to a cardiac arrest
On Thursday morning, Padma Shri awardee K P Saxena succumbed to a cardiac arrest in Lucknow. The 81-year-old was suffering from cancer for over a year. Known for his unique style, the writer’s work spanned for more than five decades. The Padma Shri awardee penned dialogues for a few Bollywood films including Lagaan (2001), Swades (2004) and Hulchul (2004), and Jodhaa Akbar (2008).Click here to read more
