Tom Cruise: I love cinema
Tom Cruise made a mark for himself as an actor and filmmaker in Hollwyood and the star confesses that he dreamt of making films ever since he was four years old. His next production venture Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, in which he plays the lead role, is ready to hit screens on December 21. “I think it’s about the 20th film I have produced. I love cinema, I love movies and my whole life. Since I was 4 years old, I remember I dreamt of making movies, so I started producing,” said the 49-year-old actor who turned producer with Mission Impossible and continued it with movie like Vanilla Sky, The Last Samurai and Mission Impossible III. Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol also features Paula Patton, Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg, Michael Nyqvist and Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor. The Hollywood actor is very clear about continuing with the Mission Impossible franchise. “There are lots of stories and lots of places to go,” said the actor who has spent 30 long years in the movie industry. Cruise made his acting debut with the 1981 movie Endless Love and so far has worked in 30-odd films. His next release to hit the screen will be Rock Of Ages directed by Adam Shankman.

Tom Cruise lands in India to promote ‘Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol’
Hollywood star Tom Cruise, who is on a worldwide promotional tour of his much-awaited film Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, landed in India early Saturday morning. The 49-year-old arrived here at 6 am and headed straight to the Leela Palace, Chanakyapuri. According to sources, He is staying at the hotel’s exquisite Maharaja Suite, which has a personal gym, jacuzzi and is one of the most expensive suites in the country. Cruise, who features as intelligence agent Ethan Hunt in the popular film franchise, will go to Agra, accompanied by Anil Kapoor, who also has a role in the latest Mission Impossible movie. The international star is also due to fly to Mumbai where he will be hosting a special screening for 1,500 fans two weeks before the film’s worldwide release December 21.
