Today, November 25, happens to be Nikhil Dwivedi’s birthday. The four-films old-actor debuted in Shahrukh Khan’s Red Chillies production project My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves, directed by E Niwas. Later he was seen in Mani Ratnam’s Raavan, a comedy Khallabali and Balaji’s Shor In The City. Currently he is working on Vikram Bhatt’s A Hate Story and in the remake of Sunny Deol’s Arjun. In fact he did not tell his parents that he is working on a film. He would tell them that he is going to work and instead go to shoot for his film. A little closer to the film’s release his parents found out the truth from an interview in a film glossy. But they smilingly accepted it and since then there has been no looking back for the actor. He married model Gauri Pandit earlier this year amidst friends and family.

Both these projects had to be stopped from taking off because of major budget constraints and the recession. So, in 2010 I was shooting for only one film, Love U… Mr. Kalakaar!, as against three films. That’s why you didn’t see any release in 2010 and you will see one in 2011. Click here to read more
