Ranbir Kapoor to star in ‘Jaagte Raho’ remake?

Ranbir Kapoor to star in ‘Jaagte Raho’ remake?

We heard that though the Rockstar actor is averse to remakes, especially those of his home-production, Ranbir said that he would like to star in the remake of the RK Films’ classic – Jaagte Raho. He added that the film which was made in 1956, produced by his grandfather Raj Kapoor is relevant even today. Jaagte Raho is a movie that entertains, educates, makes you laugh and cry all at the same time. To top it all, it sends a striking message of humanity to all human beings. Ranbir added that the film had a similar vibe like the ‘Sadda haq’ song of his forthcoming film, which decries the double standards of the society. We must say we are mighty impressed, Ranbir.
