Sriram Raghavan: ‘Agent Vinod’ is intelligent entertainer

Known for his penchant for dark thrillers, director Sriram Raghavan is super-excited about his fast-paced spy film Agent Vinod, starring the currently-controversial Saif Ali Khan and his lady love, Kareena Kapoor
He’s gentle and easy to talk to. Director Sriram Raghavan is a man of few words. Striking up a conversation with him is uncomplicated, especially when you break the ice and get the man talking about his passion for cinema. Sustaining the chat, however, becomes a challenge as the 48-year-old keeps it precise, simple and effective. Click here to read more

Salman Khan to Saif Ali Khan’s rescue in assault case

The hotel staff may not be on the Nawab’s side, but his morale if not his case gets a fillip as the Bodyguard Khan stands up for him
The news about Saif Ali Khan’s complaint losing ground is still trickling in, thanks to witnesses at the restaurant of the hotel where the fracas took place. An employee of the restaurant has reportedly said that Saif was the one who provoked and then punched Iqbal Sharma, and not the other way around. The Mumbai police have so far recorded statements by fifteen people, including waiters of the hotel and, according to them, prima facie there is a “strong case” against the actor. Saif Ali Khan’s counter complaint doesn’t stand

Saif Ali Khan’s counter complaint doesn’t stand

The Saif Ali Khan punchgate gets a new twist as the cops say that his counter complaint against Iqbal Sharma doesn’t hold good as there is no medical proof for the same. In his complaint, late last night, Saif alleged that Mr Sharma’s father-in-law punched him first and abused the women who had accompanied him at the restaurant. He further alleged that his eye was swollen after he was punched. Owing to the lack of medical certificate, the Nawab’s complaint doesn’t stand any ground. Saif is now banking on the CCTV footage, which is probably the only way he can prove his innocence. The Agent Vinod actor is asking people not to form an opinion against him, just because he is a celebrity. He has repeatedly said that he was just trying to defend himself. Do you believe Saif’s version?

Is Saif Ali Khan going overboard with his damage control?

Is Saif Ali Khan going overboard with his damage control?

The Nawab of Pataudi usually stays off the media radar, but this time he seems to be inspired by King Khan as far as the promotion of his new film Agent Vinod is concerned
It could be a matter of sheer coincidence, but holding a second press conference within 48 hours of his infamous brawl makes us think otherwise. The press meet was held to announce the strategic alliance with World Series Hockey, but the only thing everyone was interested in knowing was, what exactly happened at the restaurant at the Taj hotel and who exactly was guilty.
