Shehnaaz Gill, who had introduced herself as Punjab's Katrina Kaif in front of Salman Khan on Bigg Boss 13, has witness a massive growth in her fan following. Her quirky antics and free-spirited nature turned her into the most loved Bigg Boss contestant of all time. She often grabs attention for her closeness with Sidharth Shukla and their music video, Shona Shona, amplified the love from the audience. But fame often comes with a price. She recently experienced the dark side of her popularity when she got acid attack threats and even came across her morphed videos on social media. However, Shehnaaz isn't perturbed by the hate, threats or negativity.
Reacting to the acid attack threats and morphed videos, Shehnaaz told Bollywood Hungama, "I want to congratulate those who are doing these things. It is not affecting me rather than I think it is giving me more sympathy. These people do not realise that if they say something negative about someone, it only turns into positivity for the other person. People are loving me more.”
Shehnaaz had often said that she would love to work with Badshah and her dream recently came true. Her latest song with Badshah called Fly is a hit on YouTube. The song was shot in Kashmir. Though Shehnaaz has not given any vocals in her recent music videos, her last big effort as a singer, Veham, is close to a 100 million views on YouTube.
In Bigg Boss 13, Shehnaaz was called a flipper as she changed sides for the game. However, her personal equations were strong throughout.
