November started on a good note as Ayushmann Khurrana's Bala successfully managed to impress the audience at the box office. Now, talking about the coming Friday, we have a new offering from Bollywood in the form Sidharth Malhotra, Riteish Deshmukh, Tara Sutaria and Rakul Preet starrer Marjaavaan. The trailer of the masala action entertainer has received a positive response from the audience and even the songs have worked well among the masses. The heavy dialogues in the film are expected to be one of the biggest USPs of the film.
So, by looking at the hype and buzz around the film, we are expecting Marjaavaan to take an opening of around Rs 6 to Rs 8 crore on its first day at the ticket windows. Since the film is primarily targeted to single screens, we will probably see maximum contribution from the tier 2 and tier 3 cities across the country. If the plot of Marjaavaan manages to strike the chord with its target audience, we will see a huge escalation in its business on its second and third day at the box office. Directed by Milap Zaveri, the film is produced by Nikkhil Advani, Divya Khosla Kumar, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar under the banners of Emmay Entertainment and T-Series.
Now coming to another release, which is Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Athiya Shetty's Motichoor Chaknachoor, the romantic-comedy had a decent trailer but unfortunately, there is no buzz and awareness about the film. As per our prediction, the film will open in the range of around a crore or two and might witness a growth if it gets positive feedback from the audience in its morning shows. Directed by Debamitra Biswal, it is produced under the banners of Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and Woodpecker Movies Private Limited.
