Black Panther box office collection day 4: Marvel's superhero film nears the $450 million mark in the worldwide market

Black Panther continued its blockbuster run at the worldwide market on day 4!

Disney and Marvel's latest release - Black Panther has set the cash registers ringing ever since it released worldwide on February 16. The movie has broken several records over the first weekend, but it is not done yet! On day 4 (first Monday), Black Panther sustained phenomenally well, recording the all time highest Monday collection in America. And by the end of day 4, the Marvel superhero film is all set to cross the $450 mark in the worldwide market. For those of you who don't know, Black Panther has raked in $242.15 million at the American box office in 4 days, while it has collected $184.60 million in the overseas market. This means the movie has earned $426.75 million at the worldwide market till now. As trade analyst and industry tracker - Ramesh Bala revealed on Twitter, "#BlackPanther 4-Days Worldwide Box Office Collection: #NorthAmerica - $242.15 million. International - $184.60 million. Total - $426.75 million."

Black Panther has been well received across the world. The Marvel superhero film had generated a huge buzz before its release and after it hit the screens, people could not stop raving about it. The engaging storyline, fantastic visuals, near perfect screenplay and execution, and the amazing performances by all the stars floored everyone. The critics as well as the audience kept praising the film, so much so that it became Marvel's best reviewed film till date. Such a tremendous word of mouth publicity enabled the film to rake in such a large amount and it should also help it sustain well at the box office.
