Director Ryan Coogler's Black Panther has achieved one more milestone at the global box office. It has now become the fifth Marvel Cinematic Universe film to cross the $1 billion mark worldwide. Earlier this feat was achieved by The Avengers, Age Of Ultron, Iron Man 3 and Captain America: Civil War. In the domestic market, the film has earned $530 million, while in the international circuits it has collected over $480 million. It is the 33rd venture ever to gross more than $1 billion. Black Panther has started on a super-strong note in China and is expected to cross the $100 million in the next few days.

It’s so far one of the best superhero films you must have seen.” The film has received a thunderous response across the globe making it one of the highest grossers of all time. Director Ryan Coogler shared a heartfelt emotional letter and thanked audience across the world for showering praise and love for his film.
Apart from Chadwick Boseman, who plays the titular character in the film, Black Panther also features Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, and Andy Serkis in pivotal roles.
