Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma, Anil Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar and Shefali Shah's cruise-entertainer Dil Dhadakne Do anchored at the theatres yesterday. The film is off to a good start and it getting viewership of the multiplex audiences. The film has met with mixed reviews from critics as some say that the film is a visual extrabaganza which falls shaort in the story-line department while others say that the ensemble star-cast makes the movie a must-watch.
According to the trade analyst, Taran Adarsh, the film has picked up in multiplexes on Day 1 but it needs to perform well over the weekend in order to show a good Box office total or beat Kangana Ranaut's Tanu Weds Manu Returns collections. Here is what Adarsh tweeted,
#DilDhadakneDo picked up at plexes towards evening shows. Fri ₹ 10.53 cr. India biz. Sat and Sun biz needs to grow to post a good total.
