Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar's Hindi Medium started off with a bang at the China box office. Not only did it earn Rs 24.31 crore on day one, but the film also beat the likes of Dangal and Bajrangi Bhaijaan on the opening day in China. And looks like there is no stopping the film! From what we hear, Hindi Medium has continued its blockbuster run and seen a massive upward trend on day 2. The film earned Rs 38 - 40 crore on the second day at the China box office, taking its box office tally to nearly Rs 63 crore. Talking about the detailed box office collection, trade analyst and industry tracker - Ramesh Bala revealed on Twitter, "#HindiMedium continues to rock in #China. Day 2 is almost 200% of Day 1. Day 1: $3.36 million. Day 2: $6.25 million. Total - $9.67 million [Rs 63 crore] Incl Previews. Worldwide total is Rs 166 crore."
Hindi Medium is being loved by the Chinese audience. People have been raving about the movie and its heartwarming story line.
