WAR has also brought together the mentor-protege jodi of Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan. It is a known fact how much the young star admires and loves HR. "He is exceptional, great. Tiger has some admirable qualities. He is the best co-star I have ever worked with. He is a thorough professional. Both of us admire and appreciate each other a lot. I care a lot for him," says Hrithik. People have loved the twists and turns in the film. The actor who has delivered action blockbusters like Bang Bang and Krissh says action scripts are tough to write. "After Kaabil, I was waiting for a great script (in the action genre) and got it with WAR," he said.
War became the biggest opener ever by earning Rs 53.35 crore on its first day at the domestic market. Director Siddharth Anand, expressed his happiness, with the overwhelming response and said, “It is truly overwhelming and gratifying to get this kind of love from audiences for our hard work in making War a truly big screen spectacle.
